Questions about buying
How do I cancel?
In the app under “Account & licence → Cancel subscription”, on the website under “My account”, or via “Cancel contracts here” at the bottom of every page. You can keep using StudioSound Pro until the end of the paid term.
Can I switch from monthly to yearly?
Yes, any time under “My account → Payment method & invoices”. The rest of the month is credited.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. Stripe, as the merchant of record, issues an invoice for every payment; you'll find it in your account under “Payment method & invoices”.
What happens if a payment fails?
You get an email and have 3 days to update your payment method. The app keeps working normally during that time.
